Set within the coastal community of Jefaira by Inertia Developments on Egypt’s North Coast, this two-bedroom villa was conceived as a contemporary seaside retreat that reflects the relaxed character of the Mediterranean while providing the comfort and functionality of a year-round home. The design concept was built around a soft and natural palette that echoes the surrounding shoreline. Warm oak tones, textured white surfaces, light stone finishes, and carefully selected shades of seafoam blue create an interior that feels bright, airy, and effortlessly connected to its coastal setting.

Natural daylight was treated as a key design element. Large openings were complemented with sheer curtains that soften incoming light while maintaining privacy, allowing every space to feel open and tranquil throughout the day.
