LIVMOR, founded by Moataz Morsi, is built on more than 25 years of professional experience shaped through involvement in major developments and luxury hospitality projects across Egypt. Throughout his career, Moataz has contributed to landmark projects associated with some of the region’s most prominent developers, including Emaar, Qatari Diar, SODIC, ORA, Palm Hills, Inertia, TMG, Mountain View, and NUCA.

This extensive journey has provided him with deep exposure to large-scale project delivery, premium design and quality standards, complex stakeholder coordination, and multidisciplinary execution. Drawing on this experience, LIVMOR brings together a strong understanding of design intent, technical requirements, commercial considerations, and execution excellence to deliver refined, high-quality outcomes.

Passionate about innovation and continuous development, Moataz is an active industry researcher and regularly attends international design weeks and global industry events to stay at the forefront of emerging trends, technologies, and creative insights — bringing this global inspiration directly into our Design & Build projects.
