MOATAZ MORSI

LIVMOR was founded by Moataz Morsi, whose professional journey spanning more than 25 years has been shaped through participation in major developments and luxury hospitality projects across Egypt. Throughout his career, Moataz has contributed to projects associated with some of the region’s most prominent developers, including Emaar, Qatari Diar, SODIC, ORA, Palm Hills, Inertia, TMG, Mountain View, and NUCA, gaining extensive exposure to large-scale project coordination, premium design standards, and multidisciplinary execution processes.

His experience further extends into the luxury hospitality sector through collaboration with international consultants on the design development of Fairmont and Mondrian Hotels in Sharm El Sheikh and Ras El-Hekma for ACCOR and Ennismore Hospitality Groups under the corporation of CITY STARS PROPERTIES. This exposure has enriched LIVMOR’s design approach with a deep understanding of world-class hospitality environments, guest experience, operational functionality, and luxury spatial storytelling.

Passionate about innovation and continuous development, Moataz is an active industry researcher and regularly attends international design weeks and global industry events to stay at the forefront of emerging trends, technologies, and creative insights — bringing this global inspiration directly into our Design & Build projects.
