Stella Heights Chalet, North Coast
Nestled within Stella Heights on Egypt’s North Coast, this Chalet was envisioned as a contemporary fusion of a Bohemian & Scandinavian coastal residence that blends warmth, texture, and functionality. LIVMOR was commissioned to deliver a complete design-and-build solution, transforming the developer’s shell into a refined, turnkey home tailored for modern family living and effortless summer retreats. Inspired by natural Sand, Sea and Shells color tones, the design embraces a calm Mediterranean aesthetic while introducing distinctive materials and handcrafted details that give the home its own character.
Walls to induce Warmth and Calmness
Jotun Macchiato as the primary wall color throughout the Chalet, enveloping the interior in a warm, earthy tone that complements the natural light and enhances the sense of comfort.
Kitchen as the Heart of the Home
The kitchen was designed as a social and functional centerpiece. LIVMOR introduced a contemporary layout anchored by a generous central island, creating a natural gathering point for family and guests.
Statement Bathrooms
The bathrooms were conceived as experiential spaces where materiality becomes the focal point. LIVMOR developed a distinctive palette combining terrazzo tiles with handcrafted-look glazed kit-kat wall tiles, creating a vibrant yet elegant contrast.
Open Living Spaces
The living and dining areas were designed to maximize openness and connection. Maximized passing areas into the interior for supporting a spacious look and feel.
As both designer and builder, LIVMOR managed every stage of the project—from concept development and material selection through construction, finishing works, joinery production, furniture installation, and final styling. This integrated approach ensured consistency in design intent and precision in execution, resulting in a chalet where every detail contributes to a unified vision.
