Nestled along the pristine shoreline of Sidi Abdelrahman on Egypt’s North Coast, Stella Heights Beach Park is a thoughtfully conceived beachfront destination designed to elevate the resort experience through a seamless integration of leisure, hospitality, and landscape. Commissioned as the exclusive private beach facility for Stella Heights Resort, the project was fully designed and supervised by LIVMOR, reflecting the company’s commitment to creating vibrant, user-centered environments that balance aesthetics, functionality, and operational efficiency.

The project transforms a stretch of coastline into a dynamic recreational destination, offering guests a comprehensive beach experience centered around comfort, accessibility, and engagement with the natural setting. The masterplan organizes a diverse range of amenities along a carefully curated beachfront promenade, creating a fluid connection between the resort and the sea while maximizing views and accessibility across the site.

At the heart of the development lies a central social hub that anchors the beach experience, surrounded by expansive sunbathing areas, shaded seating zones, hospitality venues, and recreational facilities. The design incorporates organized beach furniture layouts, landscaped pathways, family-friendly activity areas, sports facilities, food and beverage destinations, and premium relaxation spaces, all arranged to provide intuitive circulation and a balanced distribution of activity across the site.

LIVMOR’s design approach emphasized both guest experience and long-term operational performance.
