Stella Heights Beach Park, North Coast

Nestled along the shoreline of Sidi Abdelrahman on Egypt’s North Coast, Stella Heights Beach Park is a beachfront destination designed and supervised by LIVMOR as the exclusive private beach facility for Stella Heights Resort. The project integrates leisure, hospitality, and landscape to create a vibrant and refined coastal experience.

The masterplan connects the resort with the sea through a carefully planned promenade, anchored by a central social hub. Sunbathing areas, shaded seating, landscaped pathways, recreational facilities, sports areas, and food and beverage destinations are strategically arranged to maximize views, accessibility, and guest comfort.

LIVMOR’s approach combines aesthetics with operational efficiency through durable coastal materials, intuitive circulation, and thoughtful landscape design. Through detailed design development and comprehensive site supervision, LIVMOR transformed the coastline into an engaging destination capable of accommodating seasonal activity while maintaining openness and exclusivity, demonstrating the company’s expertise in hospitality, leisure, and coastal development and creating an enduring resort experience.
